Having strength and conditioning programming and coaching is essential in the development of athletes; in particular at a novice and sub-elite levels. The Athletic Compound is an Adelaide based training facility that focuses on the development of each individual athlete. As an athlete you deserve a tailored and individualised program which will be designed to address your individual and specific goals, using training methods that have been proven to work. Specific and individualised programs are designed using scientific, and evidence based practices to allow each athlete, at any age, to excel in their chosen sport and optimise their sporting potential. All our coaches have expertise in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning and will work with you keeping you accountable, motivated and will support you along your journey to reach your full potential
